The message comes from our system, so obviously the number won't be known to you, so please check the wording if you're concerned, before you dismiss it as spam...
Please, follow the link to a secure login and it will ask you for a email address and your mobile number. The number request is one part of the security. A message will be sent to the email address you provide, as the second part to our security check.
The email will have a link to allow you to activate your membership. It will take you to the members portal where you can log on and edit any incorrect data you may have. PLEASE, check your spam or junk mail folders as some of us have very strict filtering of incoming mail and links, images and the like often cause grief....
If you have any trouble, please let us know and we'll work together to eliminate any problems that may arise.
Remember, the membership and the card isn't a licence to walk or train you dog, your free to do that at any time...
